I think if people are going to section off area for the parade they should obtain a permit thru the chapter house.. That makes the responsible for trash, cleanup, and road improvements.. We all know that after the parade the whole Us 550 is covered in trash.. 103 years and no improvements to the fair.. For the space they choose, they my clean before and after and a deposits of $25 should be accessed in case the don't wanna clean. Marking out spaces is uncalled for and everyone should be able to see the pparade, unless you pay for it...
