At first I was thrilled to find a nursery attached to the hardware store. Then I wondered through, being a real nursery junkie, and was totally disappointed. First of all there was a lot of old half dead looking plants everywhere. I thought it was just me, but another customer and I exchanged words and she said she noticed lots of dead stuff too. Then I encountered this older guy (really old) who was apparently working there. I don't use the term 'old' unless I'm describing a building or something. But this guy was so rude! He had his crusty nose up in the air like it was beneath him to help me. There were weeds growing everywhere under the tables like the place just needed some serious TLC. The fountains were filled with slimy green putrid water, gross! Inside the building were a few crappy looking houseplants and the place was filthy! The merchandise looked like it came from 'The Dollar Store'. And super expensive too! On my way out I noticed there was a large bunny in a small cage. There was a young man who worked there passing by who said that the bunny had been there for several years. I felt so sorry for it. I will never go back to this place again! Not even for a nail at the hardware store section of it!
