I cannot say enough good things about Aero Care of Windsor. Many times I've called and found everyone helpful, caring and I was well taken care of. I especially want want to brag about a certain employee, Troy Burrell - he had gone out of his way to help us not once, but many times. On Friday, he saved the day by leaving equipment for our use that the doctor had mistakenly requested removed. Use anyone but areocare. I had set up a payment plan with areocare for $50 a month it was $90 a month, i ask them what bout the 40 each month not bein. Paid they said dont worry bout it. 2yrs later we had a major flood in colorado. We lost alot of stuff well do to everything going on i was late on that payment. So without notice of any kind all the 40 dollors over 2 yrs was turned into collection. The froze my account and took the consentrator back. Now im totally screwed. THANKS AEROCARE
