My initial exzperience with Ideal Irrigation was excellent. Speaking with Aaron and Mike - both helpful - both professional and friendly.

Most of my interaction was with Aaron. Aaron was able to walk me through the process of renovating my irrigation system - went on to say that he will be the liason between the City and myself and was he able to speak to the prducts I'm considering purchasing with clarity thus, leaving me with a full understanding of what was to come. Nice job guys!

I realize it is the beginning of the season, but arriving with empty gas on compressor seems to be poor planning.

Aaron and the crew re-engineered my sprinkler system a couple of summers ago and my lawn has never looked better. Fast and friendly customer service always.

Tom came the same day to address the geyser in our front yard. He fixed the issue and checked the rest of our system by my request. He changed out some sprinkler heads that were not the right ones and optimized out sprinkler controller box. He told me what issues where there and I was so thankful for his expertise. Other companies had put in the wrong heads out of haste and I’ve been watering the concrete when I shouldn’t have been. Very knowledgeable and is coming back to fix once and for all the same issue that others have just put a band aide on. Very pleased with Tom and the companies promptness to my emergency. Would highly recommend.

polite. Extremely knowledgeable. Scheduled more irrigation work, mulching and overseeding. Can't wait.
