I wanted to give them 0 stars, but i wasn't given the choice. I belong to a different credit union, but was in Windsorvisiting family, so decided to make our car payment at PSCU. I walked into the branch, and saw that no one was behind the counter. There were 3-4 employees at various desks, but not one of them acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a FULL 5 mins, and not one person spoke to me. I finally said, " I give up", and I walked out. I cannot believe that no one even said they'd be with me in a minute. If I was a member of PSCU, I would find somewhere else to take my banking business. NOT the right way to run a business, that's for sure.
