Ordered buffalo sandwich and they forgot the buffalo! Too expensive for what you get and drive thru took forever ! Tried to call and the phone is off the hook. Terrible customer service ! Won't go back . I give it a bad rating !!!!!

As good as shops I visited in Sicily. This shop is the real deal. Run by Italians with Sicilian heritage,it doesn't get any better than that. Food is famtastic, service is wonderful. After three years this place gets better amd better!

I thought I'd try it out, since it's near where I live and it has gotten pretty good reviews. I walked in and there was a small line, which didn't bother me, but two people behind me in line got service before I did. They must have been regulars because they were called by name and waved up to the front of the counter to get their orders taken. I thought that was incredibly rude! I guess if I was a regular, then I would have gotten better service. But after that experience, I can honestly say that I will never be a regular customer there. I was also informed (politely) that they have a $5 minimum on credit card purchases and I'm not even sure that's legal.

The staff really disappointed me and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I felt extremely unwelcome and if first impressions are everything, then this place does not have a bright future in my book. The atmosphere was very nice but after what happened all I could do was leave because I felt so uncomfortable. Allegro is far from gourmet coffee - organic or not.

This is a wonderful little coffee place in Water Valley. They have a variety of seating - wood chairs with tables, large comfortable chairs by the fireplace, and a large sofa for all your friends. They have a wide range of coffee, tea, and beverages. I haven't tried any of their snacks or pastries yet, but give me time. The only bad part about Bungalow's is their size; I wish they were bigger.
