Poor customer beyond anything I could imagine. I received an email and a phone call stating that I have a dress shirt that I needed to pick up. When I arrived to pick up my shirt, they could not find it. Spoke with Debbie who said she would call me when she found the shirt. A week later I called her because I never received a call. Well she could not the shirt and offered me a credit to my account which would be the value of my shirt. Why would I continue to have my garments cleaned with a business that lost my shirt? She offered me reimbursement for the shirt and then she didn't believe me when I told her the amount. She never apologized for the inconvenience I had to deal with. I will be taking my business anywhere but Best Cleaners!!!

Ever since they got new manage...

Ever since they got new management the service has declined significantly. They have no understanding of customer service, have given me someone else's clothes on several occasions and have not delivered on their promise of same day service.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.
