Dropped off my papers to be served on Tuesday 5/1/18. The Marshal was Not there, but a Nice secretary was there. She tried to contact him, no answer. She gave me a price of $70 to have the Marshal Grant serve my papers to the City of Windsor....Next morning, he calls me at 8:20 am with a COCKY attitude that I can not have them served to City Hall, he has over 26 years of experience, I am doing it ALL wrong, I need to serve the Town hall...blah, blah! Now it will cost me $115 instead of $70, so with his experience, I need to do it his way! I told him to forget it! In a half hour I go to get my Court papers, his office is closed and locked up, but my yellow envelope is taped to the door, states papers for me outside. Stupid! I open it and NO MONEY inside! No $70 in there. I called him, oh Sorry about that! I am right around the corner, be right there! In about 10 minutes he comes and gives me my money... DO NOT USE HIM, If he can not give a price from the start, NOT worth it!
