Windsor Family Medicine was established in July 1980 by Drs. William Harris and Charlene Li. The original office was on Maple Avenue in the center of Windsor. Eventually the practice outgrew that office space and moved to its present location on Marshall Phelps Road. At Windsor Family Medicine we strive to provide our patients with high quality, comprehensive and compassionate medical care. We are very honored that so many families, often several generations, have chosen Windsor Family Medicine for their health care.
