Lawyers for the state have painted Feldberg as a greedy, arrogant man who overcharged patients for needless work, has been reckless, snapped at employees and patients and thought he was above the law.

Dr. Happy Tooth all the way to the bank. Has to pay his employees to write good reviews.

WORST DENTIST NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a patient for over 20 years at the New England Dental Center which should speak for itself as to my extreme satisfaction with the quality of service and personnel at this practice. During this time, I have unfortunately been too good of a patient due to the number of crowns I have had installed. Dr. Feldberg and Dr. Furman have always taken a great deal of time to ensure that the fit was a perfect - they are perfectionists in their field. Aside from their expertise, they have always taken a very personal approach to our relationship - not just doctor-patient. One of my crowns came loose on a Sunday just before a Monday business trip. I placed a call to the answering service and within minutes Dr. Feldberg called back and told me to meet him at the office. He had come off the golf course just to re-cement my crown. All with his usual good humor. That kind of service is hard to find! I would (and have) recommend New England Dental Center to anyone.

I have been a patient at New England Dental Center for over 10 years. I recently had a horrible toothache and called the office to schedule an appointment. They immediately took me in that day, got me out of pain, explained my course of treatment, and offered me a flexible payment arrangement. I am, and have always been extremely pleased with the care and service provided at NEDC. The staff and Dentists are extremely knowledgable, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend NEDC for all of your dental needs.

I moved to Connecticut from another state in 1994 and searched the phone book for a new dentist. Given that New England Dental is close to my home, I became a patient in 1994 and have remained one ever since. I have had a number of procedures performed, from simple cleanings to complicated root canals. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. When I need to come in for an emergency, my needs are accommodated. Procedures and options are fully explained, so I can make an educated decision about my dental care. I highly recommend New England Dental to anyone looking for a reliable dental care facility.

These doctors really do treat the person, not just the teeth. I can't explain it, but you just kind of feel at home. They put us at ease. How do I know they really care? Because on a Saturday night they hustled in to take care of my daughter's root canal. And the next day on a Sunday morning. And when she showed up on our doorstep afterwards in no pain and with a big smile on her face, well, that's what it's all about to a Dad. So yes, you can trust Dr. Furman and Dr. Feldberg and all the gang at New England Dental.

I have been a patient of New England Dental for over 25 years. I was pleasantly surprised starting from my initial visit with the professionalism , excellent dentistry, and resonable pricing in comparison to previous practices that I have been to. I am consistantly welcomed by the staff and made comfortable each visit and nevertheless, no long waiting time. Dr. Feldberg and his colleagues have been worderful to myself and entire family and never have we been denied emergency services when needed, which is so important to us. We have since moved to Mass and continue to travel the distance by far.

I have nothing but praise for New England Dental Center. The professionalism and dedication of the entire staff, from the front office staff, to techs and dentists is, in my opinion unsurpassed. Moving to Rhode Island a few years ago, I could not find anyone to meet the standards set by New England Dental Center. They remain in charge of my dental health care needs. In short, New England Dental Center's main goal is the dental health and care of its patients and to that end I highly stongly suggest you give New England Dental Center a look.

While the practioners are, at times (until AFTER procedures), very compassionate and responsive, the administrative practices of the office are horrible to the point that we will NEVER go there again and NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. A written pre-procedure quote of $127, alledgedly pre-certified by our insurance company, out of pocket became $1,100 because the insurance company never was contacted -- we were lied to; a different written pre-procedure quote of $18 became $97 for the same reason. A request for explanation of the differences was met with a stare, no response, and ultimately being sent to collections (who, after they heard and documented the story refused the practice's request to continue collection proceedings) and then an attorney's office (who recommended to the practice immediately that they settle fast based on possible malpractice issues) without any consideration that the practice made the mistake to the point of being unsrupulous. Additionally, before having ANY kind of urgent or emergent service, GET A SECOND OPINION!!!! The practice is far more out for the money than caring at the end of the day.
