I'm very disappointed, website and message on their phone states their hours. I drove from Boone to get some ink cartridges to find the store locked up during their "open" hours.

Exceptional service by making good on a failed cartridge that I didn't ask for or expect. Always offering the best cost for ink in town and very knowlegeable about customer needs.
