I called to make my son an appointment A few weeks ago and the front office gal was very snotty and a wise a@@. Today (March 14th) I brought him into Waulkee office for the first time and called for directions and the office gal was a rude again. When we got into the office our appointment wasn't on the schedule although the office gal remembered our appointment and said she would get us in she was huffy about it like I put her out for coming to an appointment that I was told was scheduled a week before. We were going to have my sons braces put on w/Dr Langwidth, I've now decided to take my business elsewhere. My daughter had her braces put on by Dr Langwidth in Johnston and I had to complain about the front desk gals at that office as well. I'm always kind and respectful to office staff and expect that when I'm investing a large sum of money in my child's teeth I'm treated as a valued customer.
