I have been working with Tinas Cake for over 3 years now. So happy to see shes finally brick and mortar! I am a vegan- baked goods are not easy to find but in consult with Tina she took my concerns and made reality There are very few people who you can turn to and say 'well.. Id like a cake that looks like a tattoo gun?' and have it magically (and deliciously appear. Tina has created cakes in the likeness of musician Morrissey, to tattoo gear, to nyc skyscrapers and garden sheds...all with only a vague description of idea. She takes your thoughts and transforms them to reality. Did I mention taste? From Red Velvet to chocolate to lemon her flavors are amazing and never 'artificial' as some can be. (honestly try the lemon its to die for). So we have amazing creativity, ease of communication, a 'can do' attitude and a dynamic person who actually dropped everything to cater an entire business luncheon for me. The only complaint? Everything has calories- darn it.
