As a new patient I was extremely turned off. I attempted to contact the office for 2 weeks, leaving messages as well. Once I was able to speak with someone she indicated that she received my messages and there are prior messages for appt that she needs to return first. She indicated that she will call me back, a week has past and still no call. Not professional whatsoever!!!!
