been going here for over 10 years now. never had a major problem. i recommend all my friends & family to go here because they are extremely professional & everytime i bring clothes in with various spots, i always pick them up looking like new! best cleaners around woodlawn by far!

So I've been going to the Dogwood Cleaners for 7 years and they usually are really good at taking care of me. Well today I go in to tell them they took-in a dress wrong and it won't even zip all the way up in the back anymore and I had to go with Plan B for an out-of-town wedding, which is what the dress was purchased for. This girl says, well did you try it on? I said, Yeah. When the guy pinned me and the day of the wedding which is when I found out it still does not fit and is worse now. Can you either fix it of give me my $45 back?!?!
I said, so you would rather not take the credit that your guy screwed up and lose hundreds of dollars from a loyal customer than rectify this problem? Just go ahead and take the stitching out and I'll take it somewhere else to get altered. She says, (pardon my language) "unfucking believable!"
