Although I called a day ahead, I was most disappointed in the reception my husband and I received when we arrived. The jewelry sales associate was offensive and discouraging to the point where we ended up leaving and getting no repairs done. We were treated most dismissively and quoted exorbitant prices for simple repair work. He kept finding excuses "to not be able to fix the rings". I wasted 2 hours and gas to go there only to leave most unhappy. Would never go there again nor recommend them to anyone who is "white". Sorry to play the card but it's the unfortunate truth. Used to be a good place to buy and fix jewelry, not so much anymore.

I am thoroughly impressed and overwhelmed with gratitude for the outstanding care, attention, and service rendered to me. I have been dealing with Gold Valley (Security Mall) and associate Ron and Jewelry designer Oleg for many years and they have NEVER disappointed me in any way. I have associated with many other jewelry stores, designers & associates and by far they are the best. As a matter of fact I only go to Gold Valley for all my jewelry wants and needs.They give true meaning to "Customer Service is #1". They are always fair and on-time. The quality and attention to detail is outstanding has never wavered. They are very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Oleg is the Best Jeweler/designer. He has designed many pieces for me and they have been nothing less than excellent/outstanding. I can say enough about these gentlemen. I comment the management staff that had the in site to employ such dynamic individuals. I just love them. I highly recommend them to everybody and anybody.
