I have been going to this Nail Salon for at least 5 years.
If you call ahead. Mimi will schedule you, with the Tech you request.
This avoids waiting time and you are seen at the time of your appointment.
I usually request Tracey or Mandi. They both do very good Mani/Pedi's.
Very good customer service...very attentive assisting you from station to station.

I paid $30 for a gel manicure worst paint job I've ever had. My cuticles looked like they still needed to be done because the nail tech said only take a little off at a time or else it wouldn't be beautiful. The inside of the salon is very nice I wouldn't go & waste my money again.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went into the salon on Tuesday. By Thursday my nails had peeled so badly from the cheap polish-I decided to go back to ask if they would could correct the problem and repolish my nails. To my amazement Mimi said I would have to pay. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!GIVE THEM MONEY-REALLY! That shop is the epitome of bad customer service. She had the audacity to ask me if I thought she was crazy. NO I think you are stupid, you must think I am crazy. As stated below there are Too Many Nails Salons to Put Up With Bad Customer Service. They don't respect their clients. Folks, let's put Mimi out of business. DON'T patronize a business that takes your money and don't respect you.

I was just picking my sister up from getting her nails done ad ended up gettn my done the smooth atmosphere and very kind people drew mt in the prices are great! and there work is fantastic! If you want great service for a afforable price this is place to be. The yare very professional and take ver ygreat care of you.. They carry your bag from nail station to dry station. beautful tv's for all to see. Just a great place!

If you're looking for a shop that is more concerned with surfing the web and the latest fashions, this is it. With Max and Ivy leading the staff, this nail salon is chaotic. Max talks about all of his other techs, expect Ivy (his wife). He talks about how Tina is the worst of all the techs. He's very unprofessional. I've seen him have conversations about other clients with clients. They are truly more concerned about surfing the web for Gucci sneakers and Rock and Republic jeans then the customers who are affording them those items. Think twice before you squander your money here.
