RUDE and HORRIBLE Customer Service on the phone and in person. I went to the restaurant last night to pick up my order. Before paying for my meal I asked the guy if I could purchase two cakes as well. One the the cakes he chose was smaller than the others in the display. I asked if I could have the other one next to it. He replied, "NO! I am not getting that because they are all the same size!" I asked him, "Don't you think that's rude to tell a customer that?" He replied, "NO I do not! If you worked where In my position you would feel the same." I work in the medical field and I have worked in customer service before. I understand people can be stressful. However, I was not rude to this man and if Im coming to your establishment to purchase something I would expect to be treated and spoken to better. This was not the first time I have experienced rude behavior here but this was definitely the last! I will never spend a penny of at this place again

I love their jumbo shrimp, and I do realize that my food is being freashly cooked, but can we cut down on the wait tome plzzzz. I waited almost 45 minutes for food!!!! By my awesome host kept the drinks coming

The Windsor Inn was a great place to eat it was a neighborhood favorite of mine' been around for over twenty years it is starting not to care about the way they fix your food. I love sea food and I have gone to Windsor Inn about 15 times this year to eat. Each time my fish was dry not hot the crab cake was dry and over cooked and the fries was greasy. I will be given this neighborhood restaurant a break and travel out of my way to another seafood place. I will not spend my money at a place that don't care about the quality of their food and it's customers. Use to be a five star what a difference.

the food here is excellent..Great place for mingling and drinks.
