Please remove or update the review posted about Dane Scott and Scott & Associates in May 2008. I found this in 2009 and responded to it then in great detail. I don't see where that was ever posted and had a client find it and let me know. I will be glad to provide a full detailed response if it can be posted which I feel is only fair if it can't be removed. I should be able to respond to the post/review. This buyer purchased a foreclosure and their agent should have explained to them how that works and what things are different. There is no contract with prior owners so no code. Seller is a bank and takes care of all repairs and NOT me as agent and I have no control over it. They purchased the home for about $50,000 below market value and failed to mention that as a positive and should offset their concerns. I would have been glad to explain this is simply as AMS was not buyer's agent and represented the seller.
