We never even got a "thank-you" after spending hundreds of dollars. One of the office people was hateful. Very sad. We just wanted someone nice to help us with some small business signs. We are looking for another company to do our signs. Left me feeling very sad. A "thank-you" goes a long way. All we got were eye-rolls and rudness. I just personally paid $300 for 2 signs - donated to a nonprofit. Now every time I look at these signs, all I can think of is the mistreatment we received. We ordered the signs in May & just got them in August. Got the feeling we were put off for their bigger companies they were serving. What they forgot is word-of-mouth goes a long way. So does simple human decency. It would just be great if companies treated the small businesses nicely. I will not give this company any more business. There is a nice company in Ark City nearby who seems very friendly & they are willing to listen and help us with designing signs. They are more community-minded. Also, Kester's Printing is helping with a couple (also in A.C.) This old world has just gotten mean, rude, & nasty in so many ways. This company left me in tears.
