Winfield High School offers educational services to students in grades 9 through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, and physical and health education. It also conducts classes in art, music, and technology and business education. Winfield High School offers gifted and talented education and Title I programs. The school provides special education services to support students with disabilities. It is staffed with a nurse, counselor, librarian, administrative assistants and teachers. In addition, the school provides guidance counseling services to students and parents. It is a part of Carroll County Public Schools, which is one of the largest school systems in Maryland and that serves more than 28,000 students. Winfield High School is located in Westminster, Md.
