You get a person on the phone when you call, they're very accommodating to what size you need and whatnot. They also keep the place nice and clean and plow really quickly.

Quick response to phone calls someone available 7 days a week to answer any of your questions and follow ups. I was shown a few units so that I could make the right choice for my items. This is a very clean facility and the grounds are kept up. I feel my stored items are safe and that the staff goes above and beyond your needs. I would recommend Dropnlock to anyone in need of extra storage space. Fast friendly and professional service.

Been with Drop'nLock since '01. Initially stored furniture from my Manhattan apt. after paying through the nose in NYC and then Westchester.
