I was driving from California to Michigan in my Grand Cherokee when I heard a sound from my engine. I saw that I needed a new tensioner for my belt. I didn't have tools so I called Monzo's and he got me in later that day. Not only did he exceed my expectations in quality of work, he did it quickly and very cheap. He was also a very nice guy and definitely knew everything about the car. Very professional job overall and it was great that he snuck me in his schedule so quickly. I am a broke college kid with no money and fixing my car is not usually top priority. I wish I had Monzo in Michigan!

Elias Manzo - you rock! The dealership sent me to him because they could not see me immediately and I was traveling through and could not wait a day for the dealership to look at the vehicle. Manzo took me on in less than 30 minutes and got me out of there in another 30 minutes for all of a 1/2 hr. charge. He had all the correct tools, computers, and everything to do the job right the first time, and he was polite, explained everything to me and got me rolling. Thank you, Elias Manzo!
