One Hour Computer Backup has helped me for several years whenever I have had a computer problem. I don't worry when my computer stops working. Ron has been able to solve any problem I have had. He responds promptly when I contact him. He has always been very fair as to what he charges for his services. My most recent experience was my laptop would not function at all. Fortunately Ron had done a backup for the laptop recently. He restored my laptop to normal function in just a few minutes. It was great. Ron is also a very pleasant person to work with.

Ron is very helpful and patient. I would recommend him for the smallest to the largest computer related problems.

Ron has excellent overall knowledge working with computers. He has solved all of my problems with a great attitude and doing it in a timely manner. He offers great customer service and I would recommend him highly to anyone!!

We have been using One Hour Computer Backup for several years and are extremely happy with their service and hardware. OHCB has taken us from several stand alone desk top computers to our current system of three servers networking our entire corporate headquarters which is automatically backed up daily to both hard drives as well as tapes. As the branch manager of a mortgage company I live on the computer. I open 200-400 emails per day and print attachments of all sorts and sizes. Over the past year I have lived with a consistantly slowing computer. It got to the point where to print a PDF file of 10 pagets took almost 5 minutes and left my computer frozen in the process. I finally called One Hour Computer Backup to help. Ron cleaned up my computer and I was truly astonished.....



I knew right away the difference when I booted up. Normally I turn the computer on and go make coffee as it took about 5 minutes. The first time I booted up after Ron was done I barely blinked and the computer was ready to go.... through the day I noticed a HUGE difference in the performance, everything was crisp and quick.



In the end I felt like I got out of a 63 VW bug and into a brand new Ferrari.



If you are sick of computer glitches or simply just what feels like a slow running computer I would call Ron immediately.



I only wish I did this 6 monthe ago.
