Tampa auto parts sold me used battery on o1/25/2013 and refused to accept it when I took it back a week later. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and now they say I did not return the battery. Will keep going until they return my money.

Very poor customer service. The sales person knew what he was selling me and he made sure to tell me that they will accept the item if not used. However the battery they sold was used before they sold it to me and it was obvious to them but not to me. They are no good for business. Had to buy a battery for my other car last month and went to their competition. Got their good customer service and brand new battery for sure.
