We purchased 4 packages of threeandahalfchefs Honey Dijon & Swiss Chicken Burgers for our weekly barbecue. One package was spoiled. After calling the Joseph Freda answering machine many times and leaving many messages over 3 weeks, I decided he had better things to do than take care of a customer complaint. Now I am forced to go other ways to notify consumers of the poor quality & service that they offer Their company website is shut down, but they are an offshoot of Custom Gourmet LLC at 503 Chestnut St., Suite #202, Winnetka, IL 60093. Joseph Freda is also the owner of this hidden company.
