Really bad experience. I purchased a shearling that was a little on the large size, was assured if I wanted to have it taken in it would be no problem. I just called the salesman I dealt with, Rick, to schedule an appointment for tailoring and he said he would NEVER have made that promise. For the prices they charge, you would expect some level of customer service, not to mention integrity.
