I’ll do anything to avoid this post office. Employees on cell phones, won’t even look up to greet you, rude, not helpful at all. I’m a stamp collector and they make me feel as though it’s an inconvenience to ask to see stamps available. Amazed these people keep this job. Shame on the USPS for allowing this.

Rude. Unprofessional. My whole neighborhoods mail is delivered wrong every day. We have tried to make out address CLEAR as possible but we still get others mail and none of our own.

Some of the rudest people I have had the pleasure of working with . Even after I have quit and been gone from a local branch this one was managing I still get people calling and texting me complaining about how rude they are and how they wouldn't check for their packages or fix the problems being complained about at the other offices they managed.

Staff is Lazy ,Rude and Have terrible customer service. I had a package in the back and they told me it would be delivered tomorrow to be Patient. I mean come on!! What kind of person or company would do that its right there just GIVE IT TO ME!!! I got the tracking number i know its there. I lived in Winnfield my whole life and the P.O used to be good now its just sad a bunch of overpaid lazy employees that just don't care.
