This place makes the best Jalapeno Cheese sausage, they keep every thing seperated, and the deer you bring in is the deer you get back. I Have been doing buiseness here for a while and they keep everything organized. Of coarse you loose some of the weight when it goes thru the grinder and stuffed, not to mention when cooked. These people are honest people, and they are the only ones i trust with my food.

If you would like a hateful little woman yelling at you because they had shorted you on your deer that you had processed then this is the place to go. Very rude peole when you walk in the place is nasty and they are somking inside where the customers walk in. IMHO they are theives and the lady that works there will cuss you if you tell her that you are missing some stuff. Dont go there and hopefully this place will go out of business before they make someone sick.
