I went to visit my aunt on May 1st. i What found was a tray of food with bugs flying all around it. Nasty food was all over the floor. My aunt was snuggling with a urine saturated bedsheet. Her king size pillow had a standard size case on it, and spit up was all over the exposed portion of the pillow. Her bedside nightstand contained gross food crumbs mixed in with all her things. The bathroom had feces on the pot and the handles of the appliance she uses to assist her in sitting down on the toilet. Her bedspread desperately needed to be laundered. This wasn't the first time I found her room in such a mess. Please thoroughly examine this facility before placing your loved one here. And if you must, please be a constant presence and hold them accountable.
