This is an eclectic place. It is also expensive. However, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the choices are nicely varied. I love to mix various appetizers instead of an entree. I have not been disappointed with the preparation or the presentation of these. A fun place to eat.

Cerulean is my favorite place to have lunch! I travel around the midwest for work and I have not had a better lunch anywhere. They serve lunches in Bento Boxes and give you a choice of an entree and 3 sides. The Panko Crusted Chicken and oriental noodles are great. But my favorites are their homeade Cauliflower and Butternut Squash soups. Outstanding food and great service! This place is a "must" if you are in the Warsaw area.

I have been frequenting Cerulean for lunch for a couple years now and would consider it the best in Warsaw. The food is teriffic and the wait staff is kind and timely. I would suggest Cerulean to anyone for dine in or carry-out.

I love something different to choose from than burger and fries. I love being able to mix all the different combinations.

Made reservations for Saturday night for myself and my "senior" Mother. My Mother lives in Warsaw and has eaten here before. She was given a reservation in the lounge, which she thought was the front room. We were seated in the sushi area which felt like I was seating in the kitchen. The tables are slightly higher than usual, so they must have designed unusual chairs to match. The chairs had NO BACK! How uncomfortable to sit and try and enjoy a dinner! The couple already seated and eating had the same complaint. I asked our server to find another place to sit. His exact words were "I doubt that I can move you. We are slammed tonight." He said he checked and was unable to accommodate our request. We choose to leave. As we were leaving, we noticed many empty tables. I stopped by the front desk and inquired about this. We were told that they were booked and did not have any tables for 2. Funny how more tables were empty than complete. I question the very young staff dealing with mature people. They certainly didn't make a very good impression. I asked if they didn't mind losing a sale rather than trying to re-seat us, and the answer was no, they didn't mind. Nice. I can't review the food as we never did eat there. I'm from Chicago, and luckily for me, I will never go back. I am also recommending to my Mother that she inform her friends about how poor the service and waitstaff acted. If you want to be an upscale restaurant, then staff it appropriately. Yes, there isn't much competition in this area - I guess that's why you can hire rude, uncaring children to work.

Avoid this restaurant if at all possible. It's not worth the aggrevation.
