we hired amber abts photography to do our daughters graduations pictures in September 2014. We were told we had to pay for her whole order up front, which we did. It is now 9 months later, and after repeated attempts over the past 9 months to get the book that we ordered, we still haven't received it. She does not answer texts or phone calls. Very disappointed in how this business is run.
