My mother ordered my 3 gerber daisies to be delivered to the local college. Within 72 hours 2 of the daisies were completely dead and the 3rd was well on it's way to dying. Both my mother and I called to complain and we were both told that it was our fault and that the flowers were fresh and beautiful and we must be lying. Nola herself refused to give any sort of refund or deliver a new arrangement. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and my mother for 20 and this was by far the worst customer service we had ever received. We were told she would reimburse us "next time" we informed her that there would never be a "next time." We had ordered arrangements before that were gorgeous and were left completely satisfied. With this latest puchase though we felt completely ignored, belittled and forgotten.
