Worse people to rent from....my daughter and 3 roommates moved into a rental and it was a dirty, gross mess....they said they would come clean the apartment but only cleaned a couple things then left...said they would come back but never did. The girls made a lst of everything that needed repairs but they did not fix anything. There was mold on bathroom ceiling that they did get rid of after a parent called them to complain but the mold came right back and they did not take care of it the 2nd time. They took a very long time to return the girl's deposit money and must have "forgot" there were 4 girls living there and not 3 cause only three of the girls received their deposit. Again we had to call them to get my daughter's deposit back. They charged them for batteries from smoke detectors that didn't even work and light bulbs that weren't even there when the girls moved in. There was food shoved in the heat vents and was just a dirty place. I will never let my daughter rent from them again. Very unorganized and not professional at all.
