I really enjoy most of the drivers that work for this company, even some that no longer work there. BUT there is one driver, named Mike that drives for the blue route after the 4th of jan. that was a real prick. He snatched my buspass out of my hand & was very rude to the passengers b4 & after me. i did send in a written complaint & i am waiting for a phonecall from someone that can do something to get this man off this bus line & out of this position. he is very grouchy & even the other drivers he works with says he is mean & rude every day. Bill on the Green West told me monday jan 10 that he had an accident....(: so i am hoping to not have to ever c this character again. ever. thanx debi terrell
