Rented from winona listings previously and was by far the worst experience with landlords I've ever had. When we went to move into the house it was in awful condition with it being disgustingly dirty and smelled awful. Whenever things broke or problems occurred it was always our fault when the reasoning was because of how old everything was. Moved in with nasty carpets, nothing cleaned, and the only bathroom broken(the floor moved,had a hole in the ground, toilet not working). We spoke with the incompetent landlords (husband wife) and were told multiple times problems would be fixed and of course never were. Wife takes care of basic things but when problems occur or the "scare tactic" needs to be used the husband calls and tries to intimidate. I asked if i could get a dog and was told yet with no restrictions and was approved. Later to find out the owners only gave permission up to 25 lbs(was never relayed to me). Also after working with owners after having countless problems with landlords, the owners as well as us (renters) were be lied to in many different circumstances on a variety of topics. To top everything off they had the nerve to ask for more money upon moving out for "damages to the house…not only that but the house was demolished 2 months later….just trying to scam more money out of me? at no expense, is it a good idea to do any type of business with winona listings...

These landlords are hands down the most pathetic business owners i have ever encountered in my life, the woman acts like a child on the phone when challenged and WILL hang up on you, only to get her ignorant husband to call back with absurd accusations. they will demand money for things that break and then not replace them keeping your money to spend on vacations. When anything else goes wrong in the house: plumbing, clogged drains, front door wont lock shattered glass windows, or even animal infestations, all of which are actual events, they will take AT LEAST a month to repair, that is if they don't find a loophole and make you fix it.I highly recommend avoiding Winona Listings at all cost. their houses are poorly built, never cared for, and run by incompetent fools.From one fellow renter to another, i'd rather live on the streets of alaska in winter than rent from these these extremely unqualified crooks.p.s. this is no troll, just an upset renter sending a warning.WINONA LISTINGS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS
