Robert Cox is the real deal. He is honest, reasonable and he will treat you fairly. When a Flagstaff car dealership said I needed over $1000 worth of work, I took my car to Cox for a second opinion. I showed him the estimation that was given to me by the other dealership and he reexamined the problem He took the time to explain the "supposed" problem and show me that there was no problem at all. However, he continued to check it when we took our car in for service. Robert Cox has kept our vehicles running with regular maintenance and service. Thank you, Robert and Bobbie.
