Provided by YP.comI personally know several employees at Mid-State Machine Products, and they all agree that most members of upper management (especially at the Waterville location) are extremely unprofessional, often lieing to employees and treating them very unfairly, including promoting lazy and unskilled workers (who happen to be friends or family members), while holding their skilled and hard-working employees back. I have heard some real horror stories. I would never want to work there, nor would I hire a company who treats its employees so badly!!
