I am so happy with the service...

I am so happy with the service I got. My computer now runs like the day I bought it and it cost less than what I was expecting. He even met me at my car when I dropped off and picked up my Laptop. I will definitely call Mark for all my computer needs from now own.

Excellent service!

My parents laptop computer died suddenly after a bad storm. We took it to several places and got estimates ranging from $450-$625 to replace the main board. In some cases they were advising it would take from 4-14 weeks to get it repaired since it had to be shipped off to a repair facility.



The nice gentlemen at A-1 repaired the main board, instead of replacing it, saving us several hundred dollars in the process. A far cry from the outrageous quotes from the others and it only took him three days to fix it!

After a virus corrupted my OS, I was unable to successfully reinstall. Mark removed the virus and correctly reinstalled Windows in my Dell tower. Good as new! Very knowledgeable and very reasonable rates. Thank you for a great job!

Excellent service

My laptop had a broken screen and Best Buy wanted close to $600 to replace it. That's almost more than the laptop cost brand new. Not only that they said it would be three to eight weeks to repair it since it had to be shipped off to a repair facility.



The technician at A-1 quoted $265 for the whole repair. $165 for a brand new screen and $100 to install it with a 4 month warranty. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and it was ready three days later. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with their service. Not only did I save a fortune but they treated me with respect and really seemed to genuinely care about getting me up and running.



The other stores could learn alot from these folks because they know how to treat a customer.

Super nice guy!

He fixed my Toshiba laptop for less than most people wanted just to LOOK at it. Very knowledgeable and well spoken. He didn't treat me like an easy mark just because i'm a woman. I would recommend him to anyone.
