Over priced for service issues. They don't keep parts in stock so when they order them they want the customer to pay for the shipping and handling quicker. Even tho they know what the problem is today they can't get the part in to fix it unless I pay extra so they are going to hold my car for almost 2 weeks. I really feel they're over pricing me because I recently moved to nc from up north and they figure they can charge me extra since I'm not originally from nc. If I could give them minus stars I would. They're company and price gouging sucks. Don't ever do business with them

all they want is the sale no one there knows what's going on and it seems that they have a lack of comminication when it comes to getting problems resolved. customer service on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the highest there rating is about a 2.
