The prices are great, but that's about it. We rented a one bedroom apartment, the first night there we spent 12 hours with out a toilet and emergency maintenance did not show up in an reasonable time frame. I live near the mailboxes on lower level and I guess they just don't care about how things look. Around the buildings are covered in leaves and debris, the bugs that are in the hallways are terrible. The bugs in the apartment are bad, it does no good to tell them to send someone bc all they do is spray the outside of the door. The people from Ambercrest come down the hill and pull in and make noise late at night and sell drugs out there. Nothing is ever right there, yet they act like they are offended in the office when you get mad. For the price, the headache is not worth it. I know my lease is new but I will be looking elsewhere.
