I expressed to a window teller one day that the ATM was broke. After asking her for a withdrawal she said "Well you can only withdraw 20$ out of the ATM". She assumed that because my balance was 38.00, that I was trying to take out 40$. I told her that it was indeed broke, and that it would not even read the card once I slid it in and out quickly. She was not at all interested in the ATM. I was only getting 20 out, but I went to the window just to withdraw all of of it. It is the closest branch near my house.
