My wife was just in a bad wreck and in tons of pain. The hostess sat us at a high top table in the corner and walked off without asking if we were okay with that option (no biggie). I walked over and asked if we could move to a booth and she just said "sure" and walks off to help other people coming in the door leaving us standing there. I thought oh well somebody will help us. One of the servers (very nice) helped us to a booth. Then we hear the hostess rudely tell the other waitress that was also trying to help us to a booth say "I tried" with an attitude loudly enough that I could hear her from the bar area. (This is the same lady that I gave $20 to break change for me last time and it took her 20 mins to give me my change and I had to ask 2 servers and her to remind her. Seems like she was trying to pocket it. Needless to say this older lady that's the hostess has ruined it for us and we will never be back. my wife owns a business and this is not how your treat your customers. A hostess should be kind and great the customers to make it a welcoming and friendly experience not be rude for no reason. Your customers deserve to be comfortable when they eat at a restaurant ESPECIALLY when you're not busy in the slightest bit bc there were PLENTY of booths open that I counted. This is the treatment you get when you try and make your injured wife comfortable.
