New in town and I was struggling to find reliable transportation to/from work. my neighbor recommended Classic. I was a little skeptical but I gave them a chance. It was a great experience. the driver was very Pleasant. He advised me to put a standing order since Ill be needing a ride 5 times/week. since then, My driver was in front of my house and he's been late only once, which he called and let me know. Cudo Classic!

Absolutely the worst experience never again will I use this company. #1 the drivers are rude #2 I've called ahead of time the three times I've used this cab never on time the last strike was the 3rd time I called 2 HOURS ahead and gave a specific time never came so I call to get a location and apparently it was never entered into the system how is that even possible!! If you need a reliable constant service thus is NOT the way to go... Only reason I gave a star is because it won't post the review unless you do

I wish I could give them no stars, If you want a cab to get there in under an hour don't use them they take atleast 30+ minutes

ad says serving lexington area.I live in lexington and i called them and they said "we do not go to lexington". Can somebody explain this to me?

Called the cab and said it would be about 15 min. 30 min later I called and the caller said look out for him. Called again 10 min later and caller said the same thing. Waited for almost an hour. Ruined my Whole night and the 2 hours it took me and my wife to get ready for a Halloween party. Just want to thank this cab company for a great night. Called to cancel and caller was very rude. I do not recommend this cab service for any one who wants a half way decent ride... or a ride at all.

I've tried other cab companies here in Winston but was unimpressed until Classic Cab was recommended to me. 1-2 hour waiting times seemed to be the norm, but frankly ridiculous. However, anytime I've called Classic I was picked up in 15-20 minutes or less! All the drivers are very respectable and now as a “regular”, some of the dispatcher’s even know me by name. I would never step foot in any other cab!

Last weekend a gang of six of us set up a time call with Classic Cab to take us to a local bar; and G! The driver was there 10 minutes early. The van was clean and very spacious. Ms Karla the driver was super cool and at 2:15 am she was right at the door waiting for us. Next time we’re going out, we are definitely using Classic. We know we'll be in good hands.

4 years ago, my husband and I used Classic Cab for all our daughter’s travel arrangements from the Wake Forest campus to the airports (Charlotte and sometimes PTI) It’s been a great cooperation. She’d been treated well throughout her college years. the staff is very professional and the vehicles are clean. Now that my Son is a sophomore at UNCSA in Winston-Salem, I will again rely on Classic Cab. We recommend Classic Cab

I've been riding cabs for a long time for quick errands, nights out and sometimes to the airport; I was very delighted to have used Classic Cab. the drivers have been very professional, prompt, Clean and Courteous.
