Great shopping options, I bought a sectional and a rocker... good pricing, was $50 less than few other furniture stores. I encourage everyone to go and see for yourself.

My husband and I were looking for a sectional at a good price. The staff was helpful and curtious! We had overlooked one of the sectionals and a sales rep immediately listened to our desires and took us right to the one that matched. It was perfect and we are very happy with our experience at Colfax! This is our 3rd purchase with them! They even let me borrow a tape measurer while I walked around. Sales people are not pushy and they let you look and check back on you when ready!

I went to Colfax Furniture to look for furniture for my daughters new apartment. The sales associate we dealt with was so helpful and professional. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions and was eager to help us find everything we needed. We had some interaction with the manager as well. The whole experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend Colfax Furniture to my family and friends. I give Colfax Furniture a rating of 5 out of 5.

my recent experience at this store started off badly when I needed assistance from Hispanic Salesrep, who treated me very rudely. However, before I could leave the store, the salesrep Tammy immediately came to attend to my inquiries and eventually got not one purchase but two and I have two other purchases that I will be working with her on.

This is the worst retailer I have ever done business with. I bought a sofa and the cushions began to immediately wad up. They refused to come to my house and see what the problem was. They refused to accept any responsibility to correct the problem, that it was the manufacturer's problem not their's, and they would not do a single thing to correct the problem other than what the manufacturer okayed. They were incredibly rude, refused to return my calls, and generally treated me as though they could care less what I thought of their company. My sofa still looks disgraceful and is uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor - don't do business with this company.

My wife and i were on a mission. We needed to find good quality furniture at a reasonable price for our son's apartmet. We were greeted by a salesperson who listened to our specific needs and was able to find exactly what we needed and within our budget. Our overall experience was very satisfying especially for being out of state and not totally familiar of what is around. Thanks Colfax, we will be back.

I needed new furniture and visited quite a few stores to get an idea of what I wanted. I went into Colfax and was immediately greeted by a sales associate. He listened to what I said I wanted and showed me what fit my criteria. It was a great experience and I love my new furniture. I will be back again!

My husband and I went to many places pricing and looking for furniture for our new home. Someone suggested that we try Colfax and I'm so glad they did .. from the time we walked in the door and met with our sales associate, who walked us through and gave us space to look and make our selections .. everyone was courteous and helpful .. we will be going back anytime we need furniture

I bought my furniture at this store a few times and I'm so satisfied I really recommend .!!

BUYER BEWARE..There are people at this store who will pull you to the side and offer you "a better deal" if you give them cash..The owners and managers are aware of the problem but refuse to do anything about it. Very sketchy place..

We have bought from this store a few times, and were always pleased. In Feb. we bought a sectional and chair. We were told it would arrive in couple of weeks. Each time I call to check on it I am told it will be there in a few days. Now it is April and still hasn't arrived. Very upset, and doubt we will use them again.

I was sold a furniture set and was sold the warranty by the MANAGER and was told by the MANAGER that it woulde cover ANY puncture --even friom pets.. long story short i went to file a claim for a puncture and was told that it did not cover it... i went to the OWNER and while he apologized he said and i quote "i am the head of the game, and what i say goes and we NEVER refund money, we just offer an apology" and he proceded to tell me the manager was no longer there.... I DONT CARE WHERE THE MANAGER IS OR ISNT... I WAS TOLD SOMETHING BY THEIR EMPLOYEE AND NOW THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY---BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS PRATICES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGIAN.. I WILL GO TO A GOOD FURNITURE STORE NEXT TIME

Stay away! Worst customer service EVER! I drove an hour to look at furniture, found the couch I liked, they had it in stock, went to the front to pay. Had my money out to pay cashier, asked where we should pull the truck up to in order to pick up couch. At this point was told no, would need to get tomorrow. WHAT??? I brought 2 men to load the couch and I have my own truck. Said no, would have to drive back tomorrow. I took my money back and walked out the door. Who does that???? I guess business is booming and they didn't need my $599.20. BTW anyone in the Winston area will match any price from Colfax. So, I went 2 1/2 miles down the road and got the same couch.

I went into this store and walked most of it - even passed by a few salespeople and not 1 asked if I needed help or assistance. FINALLY, I stopped a loading guy who got a lady to assist me - but, she had this attitude that I didn't have money so why should she waste her time on me. Not very professional - if you ask me! I will not be shopping or even window shopping at this store, again!
