I was very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I had heating and air conditioning installed in my newly constructed home two years ago. I have had to call them out 4 times in two years for service. During these visits, it was discovered that they installed the wrong type of thermostat, they left paper in the duct that was charred when it was removed and could have caught fire. Recently, my air conditioning unit went out (2nd time). They did not return my call to request a service call. When they did come out, it was so late that there was no way they could fix it that day. This was Wednesday - they called back on Friday and said they could fix it Monday. This would have made 7 days without air conditioning in 90 plus degree weather. I called another company after they left and they fixed the unit the next day. Comfort Air could have easily done the same.
