Provided by YP.comI’ve noticed a lot of people have not so nice things to say about this David’s bridal we had a wonderful experience there our consultant Kayla was fantastic and was so helpful my daughter knew the style she was for aiming and Kaylea was so helpful in picking out ones for my daughter to try on, she is so very sweet and so very helpful she is definitely an asset to the Winston store. We left happy Kaylea put the order in for the dress in my daughter’s size the alterations date so it would be done before her wedding in January. Thank you Kaylea you are fantastic and did so much to hep us out and you made the overwhelming dress shopping experience so easy.

Provided by YP.comI went in to David's Bridal to find a mother of the bride dress. Two women were at the front desk never asked if they could assist me in any way. The women must of had a lot of catching up as they continued to talk. I looked for a few minutes but didn't see anything interesting. The employees must not work on commission because they acted like their conversation was more important than my needs. Sad

Provided by YP.comThe David's Bridal in Winston-Salem, NC, is the bridal shop I attempted to purchase a dress from. When I arrived, I immediately felt rushed and like all they wanted was paperwork from me and I didn't even know if I would purchase a dress from there. I tried on dresses with little to no help from the consultant(s). The manager continued to come by expressing her stress and was completely out of control of the situation. It made me feel stressed. They made it very clear that they had no clue what they were doing and would much rather be doing anything but selling wedding dresses. It was awful. Staff were not very friendly and I felt like I was a bother by just being there. We left early. I just told them that I did not see a dress I liked and left it at that. I told them I was not interested in a dress from David's Bridal. The sales consultant told me I had to pick at least one favorite dress or two and I picked one that I would NEVER have selected because I did not want to be rude and left it at that. Within the next 1-2 weeks, I realized why all of my information was gathered. I started receiving phone calls at all hours of the day from David's Bridal and Men's Wearhouse and various other places related to wedding planning. The worst part was that I started receiving phone calls at all hours of the night from time share who explicitly stated that they received my information from David's Bridal. I confirmed this with all places that called. Which made sense because I had not been anywhere else that even asked me for a phone number. It was obvious and they gladly confirmed David's Bridal gave my information to them. I received a follow-up call a while later from David's Bridal in Winston-Salem, NC and I told them about what happened and my experiences and they were not very nice about it and said that they would take my name off their calling lists. A few weeks later, I received another call from David's Bridal in Winston-Salem, NC. They were not calling to see how the phone call situation was going, they were calling to see when I wanted to come back and purchase a dress. What a joke. At this point, I explained my dismay at how I was still receiving phone calls and even considered changing my phone number. They were rude and said they had already taken me off the call list and that they didn't know what else to do. I told them that it was starting to verge on harassment and it was getting too serious. No help provided. I received a third call from the store, at which point I was still receiving phone calls from various vendors and stores and time shares and anything else in between all stating that they received my information from David's Bridal. What.a.nightmare. On this third call, I asked for the District Manager's contact information. They told me that was confidential and they were not allowed to give that informatio out. I explained what was going on, again, and asked them what I needed to do to get this resolved outside of changing my phone number. The girl, with a very nasty attitude said, "We don't sell your information. UGH. BYEEEE!" and slammed the phone. I never once said the word "sell." hmmm... I actually never even thought about that as a possibility until she said it. I am not concerned about money being exchanged, I just want off that call list. I called the David's Bridal in Greensboro, NC, and explained what happened to them. They apologized and said that they could give me the District Manager's phone number and that was apparently not the first time someone complained about DB in Winston-Salem, NC. And btw, the number is not listed online. I called the District Manager and no surprise, she didn't call me back. I called mutliple times over a course of several weeks and never received a call back. When I started looking up reviews online of David's Bridal in Winston-Salem, NC and apparently DB in general, this was nothing new.

Provided by YP.comWent into this David's Bridal 3 times to get a bridesmaid dress for an out of state wedding. The bride had already picked it out. Time # 1 Checked in, waited over 2 hours (only 2 brides were tryingon dresses at the time and very few customers in the store) and left. Time #2 I was told I couldn't be helped because they were too busy. #3 MADE AN APPOINTMENT checked in, and waited for 45 minutes, asked the girl at the front why I wasn't being helped and she 'forgot' to tell someone I was there. SO, I try to call DB corporate, no such luck. DB in High Point, no answer...DB in Greensboro...no answer. So basically, I feel like this ENTIRE company is a joke and not to mention the store out of state forced my friend to order her dress almost a year in advance because "it may not get here on time", talked down to her for me being out of state and not buying my dress at that location...and let it sit for THREE MONTHS before even letting her know it was in. I'd say "BRIDES BEWARE" I will not be using any part of this company for my upcoming nuptuals. FYI-look for reviews on this company all over the web, you will find your answer.

Provided by YP.comIf your getting married and looking to find that perfect wedding dress david's is a must. The staff in that place are amazing. I am on a tight budget and was very stressed about finding the perfect dress without spending an arm and leg. The first time I went into david's I have 6 bridesmaids with me and it was crazy. I met this wonderful girl named Mya she was so sweet and helpful willing to do whatever the bridesmaids or myself asked of her. We looked for several hours for the "perfect" dress and finaly found it. A few days later a family issue came up and I had to spend my dress money, so needless to say the hunt for the perfect dress was on once again. I called Mya and explained what happen, she was so calm and assured me not to worry, we would find something I loved just as much without the price. I set another apt with Mya and went in, there she was again willing to to whatever it took to make me happy. I found the dress loved it more than the first one I had picked. I was so happy! Now I am happy to tell you that I have bonded with Mya and we are great friends, I entend on her being at my wedding! Its not every day you come across someone who help's you because they care, and not because it's a pay check! I know that through the years to come I'll be keeping in touch with Mya. So I give david's 5 stars and i hope that if your in the market for a wedding, prom, or even a dress for a nice outting you go to david's and ask for mya. Tell her Selena sent you!!!!!

I feel the representative actually enjoyed helping me to plan my perfect day. I could not have done this on my own.
