Daily Sufferfing post Foot Centers appts

To any potential foot patient thinking of going to NC Foot centers:If you value your feet, your health, your life, avoid this office at all costs; especially if you have any previous nerve damage in your body or foot neuropathy. I stated I suffered with a chronic neuropathic pain syndrome post a failed inguinal right hernioplasty on my medical entry records I filled out while in the waiting area. This failed surgery insulted in a medical claim filed in local courts against a very large medical system and surgical office valued at 2 million dollars. That said I go into any physician office with caution as i did when entering NC Foot centers for my first time. Once back in the exam room it became evident that no one in that office read the entry record prior to seeing me as a patient. Dr Tom (small time med school in Ohio grad) as he goes by, and his med assistant John Warren are personally responsible for me now suffering with RSD/CRPS in my right toe, and right foot post their unprofessional manner of treatment. I no doubt now suffer with peroneal nerve damage thanks to a horrible attempt of a nerve block by John Warren. Dr. Tom clones himself by letting a med assistant stay in an exam room with a patient to make his own diagnosis and attempt treatment all alone without any licensed medical professional present. Neither one of these guys read my entry records prior to making an aggressive approach at totally removing my right great toenail. All without neither of them directing looking at my toenail! After the facts of this event and reading my medical records I've found that Dr Tom has lied, miss-coded and misdiagnosed in regards to my case. This office is fast food medicine or clinic. By Dr Tom allowing his bud med assistant John Warren to play doctor all my himself in an exam room they double the amount of patients seen, thus increasing daily patient load, $. I never verbally agreed to any procedure, my fiance told John Warren NO, we wish to see a Podiatrist first, but I was still ramrodded without warning as John Warren jammed a needle between my first web space of the great toe and first toe, just like throwing a dart. This was is very unprofessional nerve block that in the end increased by already neuropathy in my groin, right leg, and foot that as now grow into full blown RSD/CRPS. I now have the medical records/tests of proof of this exact fact. Two Attorneys have told me I have a claim, I just now have to rack up $ damages within the three year NC stat of limitations. This could be easily done if I go for Ketamine IV treatments for RSD in Tampa Fla at 25K a pop. Oh, so you know if you do go to this office their informed consent form that you sign takes place after any medical procedure as you stand in line at the check out counter. I was told I was signing so they could file insurance, another lie from this office. In the meantime the NC medical board will be informed of the medical practices of incompetent NC Foot Centers of Winston-Salem. I worked in the medical field for over a decade calling on physicians. I am not a lay patient. Living with RSD/CRPS is living in H________! I have a Dr Tom and a John Warren to thank for this.PLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE! What happened to me can very easily happen to you.
