I was new to Winston Salem and looking for a hairdresser. I have short, curly (difficult) hair. My appointment was initially with a more experienced hairdresser who had to cancel. I was given the option to have Meredith Landreth, a younger hairdresser, pick up my appointment. So, with some reservations, I accepted this change. That was over 1 1/2 years ago. Meredith has the skills, confidence and maturity of a seasoned hairdresser. I have never been more happy with my highlites and cut. Most important, I am happy each and every time! Thank you Meredith and Ego Hour!!!!

I had a great experience here. It was my first time and I was very pleased. I got a cut and color from Ashley and she did an amazing job. Was very happy with the results!

I have been to the salon for cut and color and the experience was outstanding. The stylists and staff that I have worked with have all been wonderful! The services and customer service are all execellent!

I went for color she did not pull enough through and I had to go back a second time to get it right . Still not that great .....

Great fast and friendly service from Kim. They always call to confirm each appointment the day before and have been very flexible in rescheduling when emergencies pop up. My entire family goes there and wouldn't think of making a change.

I have been going to Ego Hour on Robinhood Road for several years. Melinda usually does my hair but occasionally it's done by Pam. I have never been dissatisfied when I left the shop. Melinda, Pam and the entire staff are very professional and have been wonderful to me. I really feel welcome when I walk into the shop and get that cup of hot coffee - a wonderful place to go for service and relaxation.

My husband starting going to Ego Hour on Stratford about six months ago. He has been consistently happy with the thorough service he get's and especially likes the head massage, double shampoo (before AND after his cut) and to top it off perfectly, a delicious and cleansing hot towel on his face. I thought I would try it myself (minus the hot towel) and was also pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the prompt service, thorough shampoo and satisfying cut. I am very fussy about my hair and am pleased with the results. It also wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be :)

Both my husband and I go to Ego Hour and we think Andrea is the best! The entire staff is very friendly and always go that extra step to help their clients. Mal and I would never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Ego Hour for years now, and each time I leave, I have a great cut and wonderful color. My stylist is terrific and I consider her a friend.

For 16 years I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service at Ego Hr. Pam is the absolute best.I have complete faith in whatever she does regarding hair color and cut. It is a comfort to know you can visit the salon and be 100% satisfied with the results!

Very classy business, clean, friendly, wonderful staff! The stylists go to many classes throughout the year to stay updated on styles and techniques. This is important to me and I am sure it would be to anyone who desires to have a great haircut. Eveyone in my family goes to Ego Hour to get their haircut. I highly reccomend it.

No matter which stylist my daughter uses, they always do an outstanding job! They are patient, listen to questions and concerns, and create a wonderful cut! At-a-gals!

It is without hesitation that I recommend Ego Hour to anyone as the very best salon in our area. My stylist, Brenda Garrison, works wonders with my color and cut. I travel regularly. When I am away and go to a salon for a shampoo/blow dry I can honestly say the stylist always comments on how wonderful my color/highlights are - (from New Orleans to New York)!
