Well they were nice and everything but you know what i dont like is that they have $200 deposit before you go get the car that you want. They dont tell you that... only half the price. And just because i didn't go get the car on time they almost didn't give me back my whole $200 back which i thought it was ridiculous. The representative there worked with me and therefore i did get it back. I just don't like their policies.

I would actually give this location four stars. The single star is for the location that I had originally booked online (Kernersville, NC). I arrived there shortly after my scheduled reservation time only to find out that they closed at noon on Saturdays (the exact time that I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle). Although staff members were still in the office, they refused to provide me with the minvan that I had reserved or even help me make a reservation at a nearby location that was still open. Fortunately, I was able to make a new reservation at the Winston-Salemoffice and, although it ended up costing my an extra $100, at least I ended up with a minivan!

You would think that the reservation website might give some indication that your reservation time coincides with the closing time for that location!! You would also think that the staff would be a little more courteous and helpful. Will definitely look elsewhere next time I need to rent a vehicle.

I went to 2111 Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC, and rented a car from Enterprise. I asked for a standard size car and was given an upgrade to a full size one, a 2015 Nissan Altima at no additional cost. I got unlimited mileage and told the rental agent I would be traveling out-of-state. She was very cordial and gave great customer service. I drove about 2800 miles in a two and half week period and was very pleased with the Altima, including the smooth, quiet ride and the excellent gas mileage. I highly recommend Enterprise and have found them a cut above other rental agencies in service and vehicles provided. Don Stewart
